Hello, I'm Jean!
I'm a Social Media Manager located in the Philippines. And I work with Christian small business owners and coaches to help them achieve their social media goals by developing strategies, generating the content, and maintaining brand consistency.

I'm fairly sure I mentioned it on the homepage, but I thought it was worth repeating. You know, repetition appears to be more trustworthy.
​
Like most others, I fell into freelancing by chance. I am a Computer Engineering graduate and will be looking for a career as a Web Developer or anything related to the degree that I have completed. However, since the pandemic broke out and protocols and limitations have also been raised in the Philippines, the majority of companies have been forced to "work from home".
So, how did I get here?
I was genuinely trying my hardest to send out hundreds of applications. I was almost hooked to all job updates from various employment sites in the hopes of finding a job that fit my skills and capabilities.

Until a local company responded to my application then hired me as a Web Developer Intern. It was an opportunity to be trained as their intern. However, due to COVID, working from home was the best choice for me.
​
As a result, one of my friends encouraged me to learn how to work as a freelancer. I've taken online pre-made video courses on Social Media Management and learned about various tools and software related to the profession.
​
I've made up my mind that this is the career for me by providing virtual services to business owners and assisting them with their tasks while putting out the best effort they deserve.
You know, doing what makes you happy improves your personality.

I'm a Christian, a night person, a coffee addict, a dog parent, a youth leader, and a music lover.

Since I was a college student, my passion has been vector art, video and photo editing, website design and development, graphic creation, and other digital works.
​
Now that I've finished my bachelor's degree, I'd like to maintain and expand my knowledge of how digital works. So here I am, discovering the wonders of social media while also fulfilling my mission of spreading the word about how powerful and awesome God is.
​
I believe that in whatever we do, we must put our confidence in the Lord to fulfill all of our goals and succeed promptly.
​
I'd like to reflect on this biblical scripture from Jeremiah 29:11, which reads, "I say this because I know the plans that I have for you.” This message is from the Lord. “I have good plans for you. I don’t plan to hurt you. I plan to give you hope and a good future."
